TRAVEL AGENT FREQUENTLY ASKED  QUESTIONS:

Do I need to send in money to Whodunit for the mystery?

Great News!  Royal Caribbean is now collecting all fees for the cabin and now also for the mystery.  So there is no need to collect separate payment for the mystery to be paid to Whodunit. Now Royal Caribbean collects the fee under the special MYSTERY OPTION.  And this is now commissionable to you!

Do I need to contact WHODUNIT in any way?

YES!  Since every guest will get a role to play, we do this randomly. However, if you know anything about your client (age, special interests, outgoing or shy, etc) we will definitely take this into consideration when assigning the roles. In fact, it is a great help to us and makes it that much more fun for your clients!

It is important that all passengers booked for the mystery go to www.whodunitclues.com and fill out the pre-boarding CLUES form.  This way we can mail them the pre-cruise mailer and we can find out the pertinent information to assign their roles.  If they do not fill out this form, or the Travel Agent does not fill out this form at final payment Whodunit will not be able to get them their pre-cruise mailer.  PLEASE NOTE…their personal information, address, etc is confidential and never used for anything other than the cruise they are booked on.

Do I get commission and credit for the booking?

Yes! When you book the cruise through Royal Caribbean you will now get commission on both the cabin and the add on mystery fee.  The cabin commission is based on your established Travel Agent commission base with Royal Caribbean. They mystery option add on fee will be commissionable at 10%.

You will receive all credit for the booking and commission for the cabin.

Can one person in a cabin be involved with the mystery and
not the other?

NO! Once a passenger has signed up for the mystery, then they will be assigned their seats with the mystery group. NO ONE MAY BE SEATED WITH THE GROUP WHO HAS NOT PAID TO JOIN. (They would be enjoying the fun for free!) Some passengers who have signed up for the mystery still request to be seated separately so they can join the rest of their party. We do not suggest this, as a large portion of the clues and fun takes place during the meals. However, as long as they understand this, it is their option.

PLEASE LET YOUR CLIENTS KNOW ABOUT THE WILD FUN THAT TAKES PLACE DURING THE DINNERS SO THEY DO NOT EXPECT A QUIET ROMANTIC DINING EXPERIENCE. THE CHARACTERS ARE ROAMING FROM TABLE TO TABLE... SO THINK BIG LAUGHS!!!!!
